Mini-site for Warwick Students' Union Officer Elections 2012. Information for candidates and voters which helped to achieve record levels of voter turnout.

The online presence for Warwick Student's Union. The site provides information on events, student-run clubs and societies, representation and campaigning. The portal also allows students to purchase event tickets and merchandise online, processing over £1,000,000 of transactions each year.

  • Powered by MSL, an integrated website, venue management and membership system, geared towards student's unions.
  • Rated as "Good" or "Excellent" by 82% of respondents to a 2012 student survey.

Online player for RaW 1251AM (Radio Warwick), running on the UK RadioPlayer platform used by a majority of stations in the UK. Provides details of what's playing, along with promotional content and advertising.

  • Powered by jQuery.
  • Real-time updates of current track, current show and news items. Listeners can scroll back in time to find out what was played recently.
  • Social media interaction and live webcams.

The website for the University of Warwick's student radio station.

  • Built in jQuery and PHP, interacting with a PostgreSQL database back-end.
  • Custom-built CMS for on-demand content, show scheduling and music information.

Warwick SU Officer Elections 2012

Minisite for Warwick Students' Union Officer Elections 2012. Information for candidates and voters which helped to achieve record levels of voter turnout.

  • Clear and concise information directed at two separate audiences - voters and candidates.
  • Contributed to a 20% increase in voter turnout on the previous year.

Currently live, and modified for a by-election at www.warwicksu.com/elections.
